Cheap Embellished Picture Frames



            

I bought these two picture frames at Walmart for $1.00 each and embellished them with things I already had, buttons, paper clips, flowers, and bling. 

Paper Necklaces

I made these necklaces from strips of colored paper rolled into beads.  Once I finished rolling the beads I sealed them with decoupage to give them a glossy finish.  I then strung them along with pony beads on cotton string.

Recycled Pringles Can

Before you throw that Pringles can in the trash think about decorating it with things you have around the house.  Things like old newspapers, washers, buttons, beans, rice, etc...


I decorated this can with paper that I printed from my computer.  I then took that paper and distressed it by using water and food coloring mixed together.  I sprayed the paper to color it.  Then I crumbled the paper by wodding it up after it had dried.  After smoothing it out I tore the paper in to small pieces and decoupaged it to the can.  I let that dry and then embellished it with what ever I had. 

Treasure Box

I got this box at Hobby Lobby, on the clearance table, for a $1.00.  I wanted to see what I could do with it and this is how it turned out.

What the world needs is more understanding and less judgement.
